I Have Been On Lisenpril 20 /25 Hctz For Three

I have been on lisenpril 20 /25 hctz for three weeks. It brought my blood pressure to 102 /78 and it does not go over 124/84 but I cannot sleep, it constipated me and I have a severe case of erectile dysfunction . It stays limp no matter what we try. I also get dizzy when I first get up from bed. What can I do?
