I Have Been On Lisinipril/HCTZ For Years And Every Few

I have been on lisinipril/HCTZ for years and every few years we have had to adjust it because hp numbers were changing. Last summer we could not get my bp stabilized so the doctor added Amlodipine and my bp has been great. But I have had about a 15 pound weight gain over about 6 months. This is very unusual for me. I did some research and found out that Amlodipine can make a person gain weight. Can you suggest an alternative med for the Amlodipine? Thank you, Sandra Weber
