I Have Been On Macrobid For Over Two Years For

I have been on macrobid for over two years for chronic UTI but was recently taken off of it due to cysts on my liver, now i am back on it due to UTI and have very bothersome lighheadedness do you believe it could be related to the macrobid or anxiety related as i am also on 20 mg of celexa. I had this lightheadedness before being taken off macrobid which seemed to have corrected itself once stopping it and getting on the celexa but has now suddenly reappeared again.
