I Have Been On My Period For A Week In

I have been on my period for a week in a half now prior to that I had 3 periods since 8/15 and they have all lasted 7 or more days and been heavey but this one has been very very heavy where I having huge blood clots ciming outside of me I am 44yrs and have my tubes tied
