I Have Been On My Period Since July 11th And

I have been on my period since July 11th and over the last few days, I have had multiple greater than quarter sized clots upon each urination. I no longer have a GYN. What should I do
Para 1, gravid 1...via c-section 9 years ago. History of HTN medicine controlled. No other history
