I Have Been On Oral Medications For Type II Diabetes

I have been on oral medications for type II diabetes for 25 years with very positive results. however, within the last 3-4 months, my daily numbers are on the rise (130 - 140 morning, 160-170 afternoon and 200 at night). I take glyburide metformin 5-500 (two tablets twice a day). The effectiveness seems to be getting less and less effective. Is there a supplemental medication that can be added at this time?
