I Have Been On Oxcarbazepine For Over A Year For

I have been on oxcarbazepine for over a year for bipolar mood stabilizer and requested a refill on Saturday and it hasn't been refilled I have been off of it for almost 3 days and now feeling cloudy, have a headache, and detain serious anxiety, and I been having tremors. I called the doctors office and the lady said they would call me back and they didn't and now they are closed. Also walgreens says they have contacted them as well. What should I do, and why haven't they refilled my prescription?
