I Have Been On Peritoneal Dialysis For Two Months And

I have been on peritoneal dialysis for two months and my createnine level remains high at 6. It's actually slightly higher than when I began PD. It was 5.6. Can I look for it to come down with continued dialysis.
I use a cycler, but started out with CAPD.
