I Have Been On Prescription Codine And Paracetamol 30mg /

I have been on prescription codine and paracetamol 30mg / 500 mg for 4 weeks or so I also take 5 mg of finasteride and tamsulosin 400 micro grams once a day. I am finding more difficult to pass urine and get the shakes about 2 hours before I am due to take my next tablets. I am 74 , any advice please
