I Have Been On Regividon Contraceptive Pill For 3 Years

I have been on regividon contraceptive pill for 3 years now I started my first lot when my son was 6 weeks old I had my second baby 22nd of January 16. I started when she was 6 weeks old. I lost my pills on month 8 so I left it a month waited for my period and started a fresh packet on the first day of my period I bled for the whole 3 weeks of the pill now I'm waiting for my 7 day break and no actual period yet just light bleeding now and again every day. I've never had problems with this pill until now what shall I do?
