I Have Been On Stilpane For Quite Along Time.How Can

I have been on stilpane for quite along time.How can i atop taking this pain tablets and is there a substitute for stilpane. Just a shoulder reversal done October last year on the 8th. And iam using still pain but it's hard to stop as I have taking it for almost 5 years on and of but want to stop.
