I Have Been On The Nicoderm Patch Going On My

I have been on the Nicoderm patch going on my third week now and just recently I had taken an episode where I felt very dizzy and felt faint. So I paniced and called 911. Seconds before this happened my body felt tingly and week, heart started racing. I have read articles where it does state that you will feel a bit of anziety. I am confused for I do not know if it is an attack or just in my head? They did tell me that my heart was perfect and blood work was good. Could this be a side effect from the patch? Prior to that, I had no side effects! Doctor recommended that I lower the dosage, but according to my chart on how many cigarettes I smoked a day says I should be on 21mg! Can you help me so I can relax? Everybody knows there own body and I new my body did not seem right. Thank you,
