I Have Been On The Depo Shot For A Little

I have been on the depo shot for a little over two years now and i used to not bleed at all and now I'm bleeding like three weeks before my next my shot. And I can't drink or eat anything with a lot of sugar in it or my stomach will cramp more and make it to where I don't want to get up.
