I Have Been On The Depo Shot For Over A

I have been on the depo shot for over a year. I know bleeding after sex and when I'm almost due for the shot is common . When I have had bleeding after sex before it was dark . I had sex three days ago and haven't spotted or had a period in months . But right after I had sex I started to bleed only when I wipe a pinkish color . I got really bad cramps as well. I went and saw my doctor the next day . She said everything seems okay . It's probably just the depo because I'm due . But even four days later I am having sharp pains in my ovaries . I never used to get cramps and still having the light blood color . I think it might be something more than just the depo shot being due .
