I Have Been On The Geniric Drug Twice Once Two

I have been on the geniric drug twice once two pills a day for five days it returned. I was one it next time one pill for fourteen days. It has returned. I have had some serious problems with my kidneys ect. I would like to know what would be the max dosage for this medication so I can speak with intelligence when I go to the medical office or hospital.
