I Have Been On The Implant A Year Now But

I have been on the implant a year now but recently I have experience hot flushes dizzy spells, solid bloated tummy tingle in nipples and pink and brown discharge. I have had negative tests but I had ectopic in the past and had negative tests up until 10 weeks. I am worried I am either pregnant or ectopic. What are the chances?
