I Have Been On Topamax For Like 23 Years And

I have been on topamax for like 23 years and now I am having bladder infections all the time, and I have had h-pylori 2 times and I am tired all the time. I just had a complete panel of blood work done, my doctor said that everything is normal but there are some of the test results that are lower than what they are suppose to be, and I was wondering if maybe I have liver damage or kidney damage? My back hurts lately, and not sure what to do?
