I Have Been On Toprol Xl 25mg For 5 Years

I have been on toprol xl 25mg for 5 years now. I have had successful ablation for a-fib and have been a-fib free for 5 years also. I would like to ween off toprol, but when i try i get jittery and my heart beats faster than normal There have been times my blood pressure has been as low as 104/58. My blood pressure has always been naturally low. So is there any way you would recommend me to ween off toprol?
