I Have Been On Tramadol 50 Mg 2 Tablets Up

I have been on tramadol 50 mg 2 tablets up to 4 x day. That's the most I took, after a few months my primary doctor told me I needed to begin tapering down by 1 50mg pill per week. I did that and ended up taking 1-2 tabs in the morning then suffering in the afternoons. All this was during this past year. I found about 25 10 mg hydro codons and used those in place of the tramadol. Ran out of hydro codons 7 days ago, haven't taken tramadal in over 2 weeks. I appear to be at the end of the major withdrawal symptoms, but I'd like to know if I can take advantage ( 3) 75m fentenyl patches get thru the rest .... Phew!!!!
