I Have Been On Treatment On Gastric Ulcers And Bowel

I have been on treatment on gastric ulcers and bowel disorder, and I have been sticking to a good diet,now it has started again,fresh blood on stools and also blood coming out of my vagina ,not period though,and funny taste on my mouth,what should I do?been to doctors many times
