I Have Been Paying Close Attention To My Male Housemate

I have been paying close attention to my male housemate for several weeks now and have come to the conclusion that he has been hamper diving for lack of a better term. It has got to the point to where I now hide my dirty panties in various places when I leave the house but still fix boobie traps just to see if he goes hamper diving when I leave...and like clockwork, he always does. He seems disgruntled that his "treats" are no longer where he usually found them. I confronted him and he totally ignored my confrontation and changed the subject immediately. Does this mean he has other underlying psychological issues? I need to know. As of yet he hasn't messed with my daughters things. Should we get out and should I dissolve my friendship or is this something a normal man does? He just happened to get caught. Please help me understand. He has become more controlling, jealous, nosy and accusing lately and we are only best buds.
