I Have Been Peeing A LOT Lately, I Haven't Drank

I have been peeing A LOT lately, I haven't drank anything today but I've peed many times today. No pain, & it's not just the feeling of having to pee but I'm actually peeing a lot every time. I know it's not a UTI & I seen something about having to drink MORE water, but wouldn't that make me have to go even more than what I'm doing now? What's wrong with me?
