I Have Been Peeing Blood Off And On For A

I have been peeing blood off and on for a few months. I am a diabetic but not on any medication. I have pain in lower ab, almost like cramps. I am 62. A few months ago I think it was a Kidney stone. Pain was in my back then and painful burning. This is different. In the past I would see blood if I drank a Pepsi. I do not drink sodas anymore. My hands and legs have been a little swollen also. No pain in my back
