I Have Been Prescribed 2 - 500 Mg Of Tylenol

I have been prescribed 2 - 500 mg of Tylenol 3 times daily, 1 - 600 mg advil daily and 1 - 50 mg trazadone at bedtime. Is it okay to take 2 Tylenol, and 1 advil at the same time as the nightly dose of trazadone (with a bit of food)? This is all for the pain from my osteoarthritis (moderately advanced degeneration of hip joints).
