I Have Been Prescribed 4 (2.5 Mg Pills) Per Week

I have been prescribed 4 (2.5 mg pills) per week of methyltrexate for scalp psoriasis. I do not drink alcohol during the week but on Fri and Sat we go out socially. How safe is it to have 2 glasses of wine on Fri and Sat? Also, we are going on vacation in a couple of weeks and I was thinking I should wait to start the methyltrexate untl we get back.
