I Have Been Prescribed Contiflo XL To Help Pass Kidney

I have been prescribed Contiflo XL to help pass kidney stones fragments folowing ultra sound treatment. Almost 30 days have lapsed since starting the treatment and I have noticed no obvious changes. The capsules are prolonged release. I had a total proctocolectomy in 1970 and therefore have no large bowel. Is the prolonged release affected by the absence of the large bowel?
