I Have Been Prescribed Fluconazole For Thrush In The Esophagus

I have been prescribed Fluconazole for thrush in the Esophagus - 200mg - it came in 50mg hard caps - on package it says " take four caps once daily for five days " , which to me means take all four together. However, the label also says "space teh doses evenly throughout the day" - this to me is contardictory. Can you advise?
