I Have Been Prescribed Montelukast. I Have Taken It For

I have been prescribed Montelukast. I have taken it for a month and it has helped reduce my problems with blocked sinuses. I find if I drink a glass of wine with dinner I start to sneeze and get a dripping nose. I also sneeze and get a congested nose if there is a lot of dust or pollen. I have used over the counter Cetirizine in the past. (I have also suffered with dry mouth and constipation when I take it constantly.) Is it ok for me to add a cetirizine tablet while taking montelukast, at the times when I expect to encounter the things that trigger an allergic reaction.
