I Have Been Prescribed An Inhaler For Bronchial Infection Along

I have been prescribed an inhaler for bronchial infection along with a 5 day supply of prednisone .I am supposed to be taking montelukast sodium regularly but have been derelictand only take it once in a while. If I start taking it the way I'm supposed to now will it cause problems with inhaler and the steroids?7
