I Have Been Prescribed Antibiotics For Tonsilitus But I May

I have been prescribed antibiotics for tonsilitus but I may on day 4 and no difference. I awake with the pain at 4am every morning, like sever stinging sensation and can barely swallow. I have been feeling v unwell for the past 4 weeks and wondering of i have a relapse of gladular fever? I had glandular fever 11 years ago and the symptoms are the same. Thanks
