I Have Been Prescribed Nystatin Oral Suspension Liquid For A

I have been prescribed nystatin oral suspension liquid for a diagnosis of thrush which I incurred because of a prescription of prednisone for a vertigo problem the doctor is having trouble figuring out what is wrong with me, I have only used 2 doses of the nystatin and am wondering how fast this will work. My mouth is on fire which is involving just my tongue and cheeks. I cannot eat anything but cold foods barely and I am so hungry please can u help me understand how long this will take to help.
