I Have Been Prescribed Tamsulosin 0.4mg Once A Day, Together

I have been prescribed tamsulosin 0.4mg once a day, together with dutasteride for BPH. I have been taking for 9 months now. I have been getting diarrhea. I stopped taking tamsulosin for 10 days and the diarrhea has stopped. Should i now resume tamsulosin at a reduced dosage of say, once every 2 days. I have not experienced any problems with urination during the period of stopping the tamsulosin.
