I Have Been Prescribed This Drug And Have Been Taking

I have been prescribed this drug and have been taking it for 6 days but today I developed severe stomach cramps. I have stopped the medication per my Dr's advice. I have noticed today that I have developed a rash. I am allergic to penincilin. Could this be the cause? I have not mentioned this to my Dr. because I just notice the rash.
