I Have Been Previously Diagnosed With IBS But It Just

I have been previously diagnosed with IBS but it just doesn't seem like it. My entire upper and lower abdomen tends to be swollen most of the day with pain in the top and bottom middle portion of my abdomen and it feels like when I had pains with my menstrual cycle and feel tired.
