I Have Been Really Faithful In My Eating This Past

I have been really faithful in my eating this past week and my blood sugar has been higher than normal. The lowest reading I have had is 110 but besides that, it is around 160 to 200. Drives me nuts! I went to a diabetes specialist last week and she said it will level off but I was expecting it to be better by now. I am kind of scared. Thanks!
