I Have Been Recently Put On Losartin 25mg For The

I have been recently put on Losartin 25mg for the past 3 months. My pressure was at 135/86. This medication makes me feel lethargic, frequent urination, wheezing sometimes, gained 15 pounds in 3 months for no change in diet, tired. I would like to sop taking this med and work with natural means to lower my BP. Can I just stop this med or do I need to taper off? Any concerns?
