I Have Been Recently Told By My Physicians Assistant That

I have been recently told by my Physicians Assistant that my bloodwork shows that I am iron deficiency anemic and she thinks I have a bleeding ulcer. I picked up bloodwork and it says weird things that I don't understand' slight toxic granulation, slight polychromasia; slight aniscoytosis; slight microcytosis and slight elliptocytes (above this it says Morphological review: normal; I don't understand any of this are these slight things a result of anemia and/or ulcer??
