I Have Been Recovering From Cellulitis Of My Right Finger.

I have been recovering from cellulitis of my right finger. Had spread to arm. Was on antibiotics doxicyclene,
and bactrim. Also IV antibiotics in ER. The infection has subsided and I am off meds. I am now experiencing
neck stiffness on the front right side under my chin. Docs don't fell swelling. What could be causing this?
I have no fever or pain.
