I Have Been Referred To Neurologist, ENT And Now TMJ

I have been referred to Neurologist, ENT and now TMJ specilist. Brain MRI, EEG and all other related to ENT, audiology are basically negative with the exception of nystagmus for which I am being referred back to a neurologist. My vertigo appears to be positional and motion just escalates symptomatology. What are my other, if any, course of treatment or plan. And, will a vertigo bracelet help me. Symptoms also worse when I drive. I still work albeit I am over 65 years of age. Thank you
