I Have Been Saying The Wrong Words Lately When I

I have been saying the wrong words lately when I speak. Seems today I could not even remember what a skunk was called and had to tell my kids that animal with a white stripe on the tail. Often my family ask me what I am saying as I use the wrong word. I know it is the wrong word after I say it but it seems like the right one before that. I am 44 and have a history of high blood presser.
