I Have Been Seeing A Dentist Since July . I

I have been seeing a dentist since July . I have had 16 teeth extracted with three of them having to be cut but was not put to sleep, Went to my regular doctor Sept 22nd and she did a urine drug test and I tested positive for cocaine and I dont do cocaine. What could have made me test positive?
