I Have Been Seeing Bright Blood From My Vaginal Area

I have been seeing bright blood from my vaginal area for 4 days now. There has been no change in color so it made me check. I thought it was my cycle but I checked and I believe its coming my clitoris area. I have not have sex and I'm on birth control. What could this be?
