I Have Been Seeing Bright Flashing Lights In The Corner

I have been seeing bright flashing lights in the corner of my right eye when the are open or shut. I had several head trauma 1yr ago from domestic abuse. My son tells me my left pupil is quite enlarged and the right pupil is very small, throughout the day. I have a large floater in my right eye that never goes away. I have blurred vision also in my right eye like a haze over it. The gel in my eyes is damage from the trauma. I have been to an eye doctor but he doesn't send me to a specialist. I am worried
