I Have Been Short Of Breath Almost A Week. I'm

I have been short of breath almost a week. I'm 42 years old. Since June I've had to have 11 teeth extracted. I believed the Dental work was done @ 8 extracted. Then had an infection in lower jaw, requiring the next three to also need extracted. Today at the dentist my o2 level was 89%. I have a thing to check at home. My 02 is now 96, pulse is 116. I have a dull pain behind my right shoulder blade. Have spells of light headed ness. I haven't been to a doctor in 4-5 yrs. I have made an appointment, but being new patient, appointment isn't until May. They mentioned trying to get me in for acute check. Asked for me to see ER if shortness of breath continue. I have been under a lot of stress. I left a job to honor my best friends wish and care for her at home as she died from lung cancer. My ex husband who allowed me to move in after I lost my home in bankruptcy, has lost his job. I am worried my daughter and I will be homeless again soon. I have suffered depression before. Is this most likely stress/depression? Or could I be having symptoms heart related?
