I Have Been Shot Several Times The Last Two Bullets

I have been shot several times the last two bullets landed in shoulder almost through from scapula in to shoulder then into front shoulder skin second went through my front exploded when hit 11th 10th rib one piece went through liver ended up in front bigger fragment tore in to lower mid back i have had the worst pains ive felt since being shot some worse is this permanent
