I Have Been Sick A Couple Days Ear Ache/pain Then

I have been sick a couple days ear ache/pain then achey all over next day now today standing and walking felt like gravity pulling me down hard and it going dark. Legs gave out and I slammed hard against the wall my back and ribs hurt if I move to much. Is that fainting?
