I Have Been Sick And I Went To The Hospital

I have been sick and I went to the hospital for test and they did some malaria test but nothing was found. Knowing that I have been taking water directly from the tap, I decided to treat myself of typhiod. I got myself antibiotics. I have symptoms of severe headache which wouldn't stop even when I take Tylenol and the antibiotic. I urinate frequently. And I have abdominal pain at my left side. Please do you know what is wrong??
