I Have Been Sick And Have Had Really Bad Coughing

I have been sick and have had really bad coughing spells and I felt a sharp burning pain like needles from the inside out all over my back and severe pain when I coughed really hard last night. I now feel it in my back slightly only until I sneeze or cough again and then the intensity raises sharply. When I am not coughing it is like a stinging feeling.
