I Have Been Sick, Coughing W/fever For Four Weeks. Deep

I have been sick, coughing w/fever for four weeks. Deep xough, rattle, etc. One night while coughing eztremely hard i heard a loud pop in my left rib cage and was in tears. Today i jumped into the freezong lake off a dock & heard same noise from right side. Now laying on my stomach will bring me pain, before it did not. Sis i pop my riba out of place?
