I Have Been Sick For 4 Days Now Going On

I have been sick for 4 days now going on 5 tomorrow. My throat is sore and tingling and I've been coughing up mucus but now not so much. I'm still coughing but not as much mucus is coming up and my stomach muscles hurt. My temperature is rising and falling between 98.8 and 99.3 within minutes. I feel weak and loss of appetite. Should I go to the ER?
